I Want to investigate if the people can react to an emergency and especially to the burnt one, and if it does not know I will do an offer of change in the formation of the pupils in order that one works this topic in the schools. To gather information I will do a questionnaire on the burns and how a person reacts when someone is burning. I seek to arouse those who surround me in order that they realize that to know how to act can up to saving other persons of the dark burns. My project is called S.O.S. Burned (S.O.S. Burned), a title that summarizes the questions that I investigate
- Do we know what is a burn?
- Can we value the gravity of the burn?
- Do we know how to act when someone is burning?
Aims of the investigation
The final aim is to save persons who are burning. My offer looks that, in a continent advanced since it is Europe, there are debated in the schools of secondary education this one and other topics related to the first aids, in order that our descendants could know how to treat a person with burns or that it is in situation of danger. This is not alone a topic of sciences but of general culture.
1 º That are the burns?
In medicine, a burn is a type of injury in the skin caused by diverse factors. 2 º Classification

The second degree

The third degree
A burn of the third degree penetrates for the whole thickness of the skin; including nerves, blood, lymphatic glasses, etc. If the follicles are destroyed pilosebáceos and the sweat glands, one compromises the capacity of regeneration. This type of burn does not hurt to the contact, due to the fact that the nervous completions were destroyed by the thermal source.
Signs of the burn of the third degree:
- Loss of leather caps
